International Orders (All other countries)

EMS (Express) Shipping is delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
ePacket (Economy) Shipping is delivered within 6 to 10 business days .

Domestic Orders (Indonesia) Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of US$ 2, delivered within 3 business days.

Any taxes or custom fees as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges & Returns

In the rare event your delivery is not what you ordered, (wrong product) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Postage incurred will be borne by us. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfilment.

All full price merchandise may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. The exchange may be of equal or higher valued items only.

Shipping is not refundable, the shipment of the exchanged product will also be at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please make sure the items are unworn and the original tag is still attached. No items will be accepted if tag is removed. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 3 business days.

The policy excludes discounted or sale merchandise. Sale items are final sales.

Any Custom Made or Modified items may not be returned.

Please email us at for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#) This number should be on the outside of the package. Include the original receipt in the package.
